1. Milestone-Based Protection: All WSO Weblix projects are governed by clear milestone deliverables agreed upon prior to kickoff (typically 50% deposit upon contract signing and 50% upon final UAT approval).
2. Refund Eligibility: If project execution has not commenced within the agreed kickoff window, the client is entitled to a 100% full refund. Once UI/UX or engineering milestones are approved by the client, completed milestones are non-refundable.
3. How to Submit a Request: Send a formal written request to our official email (info@weblixso.com) including your contract number, project details, and reason for the request. Our legal & quality committee reviews all requests within 5 business days.
